Seattle-area fintech startup Finagraph merges with LeaseCrunch
Finagraph, a Bellevue, Wash.-based startup that develops financial data analysis software, merged with LeaseCrunch, a Milwaukee, Wi.-based company that sells accounting software. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
- Founded in 2010, Finagraph automates financial data collection and analysis from popular accounting systems such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics.
- The company is led by founder and CEO James Walter, who previously spent seven years at Microsoft working on Xbox and Windows 7.
- The combined company now counts more than 750 CPA firms as customers.
